LeavePhone - iOS Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the LeavePhone iOS products and related services of Loudi Stark Network Technology Co., Ltd.

“LeavePhone” (hereinafter referred to as “LeavePhone”) fully understands the importance of personal information to you and will make every effort to protect the security and reliability of your information. We will never misuse or disclose your private information.

The permissions and user information obtained by LeavePhone follow the following principles: clear purpose, choice and consent, minimum necessary use, openness and transparency, and consistency between rights and responsibilities.

Before using our product, please carefully read and understand this notice:

I. What permissions/information LeavePhone needs to obtain on iOS and why

On iOS, LeavePhone only requests access to Screen Time permission。

Note: This permission can be disabled. After it is disabled, features related to Usage Statistics will be unavailable, while other features can still be used normally.

Screen Time permission

Purpose: Used to read Screen Time statistics provided by the system, help generate usage duration and trend analysis, and assist you with self-management.

II. What user information LeavePhone obtains on iOS and how such information is used

1. Registration information:

When you register a LeavePhone account, LeavePhone will obtain your mobile phone number or email address as credentials for account login

Your password will be processed through a series of irreversible encryption measures for future verification, and the plaintext password will not be saved anywhere.

The above information you provide will be continuously authorized for our use during your use of this service.

We will retain your information until you delete your account. When you delete your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

The above information is stored only within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Screen Time statistics:

After you enable Screen Time permission , LeavePhone will obtain usage duration statistics provided by the system for displaying modules such as Today’s Data、Daily Report、Weekly Report .

LeavePhonedoes not obtain app usage history information, and does not obtain information such as specific app package names or page names.

By default, Screen Time statistics are used only for local display and analysis and will not be automatically synced to the cloud. If you need to sync or clear them, you can do so in LeavePhone -> Usage Statistics -> Statistics Settings.

3. Task information:

Task information refers to usage records of tasks such as Work, Monitor, and Sleep.

Task information is stored only in the local database on your phone and will not be automatically synced to the cloud. If you need to manage task information, you can do so in Statistics Settings.

LeavePhone will use task information in Usage Statistics modules including Daily Report、Weekly Report、Timeline、Task Statistics to display and analyze your phone usage.

5. User information obtained by third-party SDKs

LeavePhone uses only the LeanCloud SDK on iOS, which is used to provide account login and cloud data services. Refusal to provide information to a third-party organization will only prevent you from using the features supported by the technology it provides, and will not affect your use of other features.  

III. How you manage your personal information

Inquiry/Modification/Deletion of personal information You have the right to access your personal information, except in circumstances otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You may access your personal information by the following methods: Account information — If you wish to access, edit, or delete personal information in your account, change your bound mobile phone number and password, modify third-party login information such as bound WeChat or QQ accounts, or close your account, you can perform these operations after logging in through “My - Personal Info - Account Details”. User account deletion You can delete your account yourself on the “Delete Account” page (for example, in the LeavePhone app under “My - Personal Info - Account Details”). After you voluntarily delete your account, we will immediately stop providing products or services to you and will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

IV. How this Privacy Policy is updated

LeavePhone is committed to helping users overcome phone dependence and return to a better study and life. With this goal in mind, if business features or purposes of use change, the permissions we need and the user information we obtain may also change, and this Privacy Policy will be revised accordingly.

Regardless of how this Privacy Policy is revised, the basic principles we follow remain unchanged:

V. Protection of minors

We attach great importance to protecting the personal information of minors. The information we obtain is device-based information, and we do not collect information specifically targeting minors.

If you are a minor under the age of 18, we will not process your personal information before obtaining consent from you or your guardian. If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions regarding the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information at the end of this document.
